Custom Items: Custom items require 1-2 weeks for production and delivery. We will notify you via email as soon as your item arrives, and it will be available for pickup at our Chesterfield location: 7501 Offshore Drive, Chesterfield, VA 23832.
In-Stock Items: Orders placed for in-stock items before 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on Fridays will be available for pickup on the following Monday. Pickup is available only on weekdays, as we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges for items purchased in the incorrect size, provided they are unworn and in original condition.
Final Sale: All sales are final for any used or worn items.
